Shipping + Processing
Orders placed during normal business hours will be processed immediately. All pieces are made-to-order and shipped within 1-2 weeks (M-F business days) of receiving the order. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm EST and through the weekend will be processed on the following business day. Once production begins, orders can not be canceled. Please email immediately, if you need to cancel an order.
Kayla Williams Jewelry accepts no risk of merchandise loss or damage due to shipment. All risk passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Kayla Williams Jewelry accepts no risk of merchandise loss or damage due to international shipment. All risk passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Kayla Williams Jewelry has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Kayla Williams Jewelry, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
If you choose to refuse your shipments from Kayla Williams Jewelry, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Kayla Williams Jewelry.
Kayla Williams Jewelry takes the utmost of care to ensure your privacy. However, we are required to provide customs authorities with basic shipment and product information. Please note all international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
